I write my favorite music. It was composed by me. NTMatsudo is my old name.
This music, “The Afternoon in the Theater, the Afternoon in the Screen” was created for a contest, “pop’n creator’s party”. It invited musics for a music game, “pop’n music”(en.wikipedia). Musics were requested that they fit characters of pop’n, so I tried to compose the music for Belle. She is a character like imagining France. In end of April, 2016, I imaged Paris in connection with France.
I submitted three works including this music composed at first for this contest, but they were not adopted. I remember a clear image of this music which we can listen in front of a bread shop selling french bread. I imaged sounds of violin, accordion, etc., and I created. I continuously remindesd melodies, ideas about this music, I was scared a little.
I created this music with consciousness of the music game, pop’n music too, I maked an artistic tric. Tubular bells and the sound like walking on hard floor import time signals, this first sound suggests a rhythm of this music. I thought that if this music had been adopted, it would have been interesting to play the part including this second sound(1:17) needing technical skill. I am difficult for playing action game, so I don’t say anymore, I thought something like that.
Submitting this music, its time was less than two minutes according the rule of the contest. Now version has other different parts from submitted one.
